    Farmhouse Sink

Posted by Slud Tennessee on Apr 10th 2020

This is, simply put, the most fantastic sink we've ever seen! It's both beautiful and functional. The mid-rating for "Ease of Installation," is because of it's hefty 418 pounds, which requires several people. Other than that, we continue to be impressed by the product and by the folks at Vintage Tub & Bath

    Everything including the Kitchen Sink

Posted by Maritimer New Minas, Nova Scotia on Apr 10th 2020

Huge selection, easy ordering methods, quick delivery. Received the sink on time and intact, even though travelling across the continent, California to Nova Scotia. Very well crated. Appears to be easy to install, even though it will take three men and two boys (large ones) to lift into position - as described in the online instructions. The online schematics make it easy to design the cabinet, and you can easily plan your kitchen around the sink long before its arrival. My wife is exceptionally pleased, and the sink will be the centre piece of our new kitchen.

    Absolutely Spectacular

Posted by StarlightRanch, Star, Texas on Apr 10th 2020

This is a fabulous sink. We recently bought a ranch in the Texas hill country and on the ranch is a 120yr old home. Not in bad shape but needed work. We want to preserve all the imperfections and wear and tear.......the OLD look... but some things were not usable....like sinks and toilets. I was so excited to find this sink. It keeps the old look but in a more sanitary and functional way. It is perfectly beautiful and just makes the kitchen! It is a very heavy sink and we had to beef up the wall for it, but that turned out to be a fun experience as we found newspapers from 1916 nailed to the wallboards (to keep the cold out) and an old letter! The sink is well made and the porcelain is perfect. I would not trade anything for this sink.

    Rough Porcelain

Posted by Owencat, Fairhope, AL on Apr 10th 2020

I love, love, love my sink. It is the show piece of my kitchen and better yet it is wonderful memories from my grandmother's kitchen. The only problem is the finish. There are rough spots in the sink bowl and it stains very easily. I am not using it as much as the prep sink because I am afraid of discoloration. I don't use any abrasives on it and it is difficult to keep white. I don't know what or how to correct this problem and I am hoping someone from the Strom Company will come to my rescue. It is a very expensive sink and would be wonderful to use if the finish was stronger. I have only used the sink 12 months and noticed this roughness a few months ago. I don't think a sink should show such wear and tear in this short of a time period with only a two person household. Please let me know what I can do to help my sink stay pretty.

    Amazing "Cadillac"

Posted by Magdalena, Rockford on Apr 10th 2020

I bought a house with this sink. Everybody was telling me to get rid of my sink. I refused. Little cleaning and my "Cadillac" doesn't need to be glazed and look amazing after 70 years of washing the dishes. Amazing quality!
