replacing old faucet
I love this faucet. It is an exact replica of the old one in my clawfoot bathtub that leaked for years. I looked everywhere for a replacement until discovering vintagetub.com. The faucet was exactly as depicted. It matched perfectly and was easy to install.

Simple replacement
I turned off the water in the pipes, unscrewed two nuts, removed the old unit which had a leak at a sweat joint caused by my standing on it to do some painting (drat), screwed on the new unit - voila! Came with clear instructions! Very happy.

Excellent
The original kit I bought was nothing but problems. This new kit was easy to install and much better quality. Looking forward to trouble free worries.

nice
I had the old style of this faucet for 10 years, with the new quarter turn valves you don't have to worry about drips and changing washers.

My son is super picky
My son replaced a worn out faucet in our vintage tub with this one. He is the pickiest most criticizing person ever when it comes to replacement parts etc. He always thinks he's the only one who can be trusted to choose which product to buy. I chose this vintage reproduction faucet and he was just waiting to tell me why it wouldn't be acceptable. Boy was he surprised when this gem arrived! He compared the faucet to " a piece of jewelry", it was so well crafted! Chalk one up for mom!! Next order will be the vintage sink faucets, yay me! Thanks for a great product that made my son decide his old momma might know something after all. ;)

nice
installed the faucet and was pretty pleased with the fact they now use cartriges, instead of rubber washers, had to change them every few months for the past ten years,
