Sometimes customer service is difficult to find in some businesses, but my husband and I can personally testify that Strom Living goes out of their way to give their customers excellent service! We had purchased a faucet for our old vintage sink that was very difficult to find an exact fit for. However, our purchase had been 12 years ago and we were unaware that Strom Plumbing was now Strom Living. Our faucet had developed a small drip and it appeared with the company change, we were going to have difficulty getting new faucet cartridges for our leaking faucet. But, with the excellent assistance of Josue and Storm’s management, they honored our 12-year old warranty and sent the correct cartridges to us! We most likely would have never been able to locate the correct parts to fix our quality Strom faucet for our vintage sink.
